Important Rental Information

• A minimum order of $199 is required for delivery.
• Tables and chairs are delivery only. Customer pickup is not available.
• The customer is responsible for setting up and arranging all tables and chairs.
• All tables and chairs must be cleaned before pickup. Additional cleaning fees may apply if the equipment is returned excessively dirty.
• Our driver will place the tables and chairs in the garage or driveway at no additional charge.
• If you would like our staff to carry the tables and chairs to your backyard or inside a building, a $45 service fee will apply. This optional service must be selected by checking the appropriate box during checkout. Once selected, the $45 service fee will be automatically added to your order. This service includes carrying the equipment only. The customer is still responsible for setting up and arranging all tables and chairs.
• If the tables and chairs are delivered on carts or storage racks, they must be returned on the same carts or storage racks and left in the same location where they were delivered. If the area is not secure, please store them inside your garage until we pick them up the following day.
• Do not place hot items, such as pots, pans, chafing dishes, or any other heated objects, directly on the tables or chairs. Do not write, draw, or mark on the tables or chairs with markers, pens, paint, tape, or any other materials. Damage fees range from $35 to $135 per table or chair, depending on the extent of the damage or if replacement is required.
• Additional rental days are available for 50% of the regular rental price per extra day, plus applicable taxes. The additional day charge is based on the full rental price listed on our website. For example, if a chair rents for $4.00 and you need it for one additional day beyond the initial 24-hour rental, the additional charge would be $2.00 per chair, plus applicable taxes.
• Tables and chairs are rented for 24 hours, unless a special promotion applies. Please call our office to confirm availability and rental times.
• Inflatable promotions do not apply to tables and chairs. Any special offers, including free extra rental days, percentage discounts, coupon codes, or other inflatable promotions, apply only to the inflatable rental and cannot be applied to tables and chairs, even when rented together as part of the same order.
• Coupons are not valid for tables and chairs rented separately. Discounts are only available when they are included with a qualifying bounce house or inflatable rental package.
