23’ × 20’ Tent Setup

Create a spacious, comfortable covered area for your next celebration with our 23’ × 20’ Tent Setup. This package combines one 13’ × 20’ canopy tent and one 10’ × 20’ canopy tent, professionally connected to provide 460 square feet of continuous covered space.

This setup is perfect for birthday parties, graduations, baby showers, weddings, family gatherings, corporate functions, school events, and more.

Guest Capacity

• Approximately 40–48 seated guests with tables and chairs

• Up to 90 standing guests for a cocktail-style event

Delivery and Setup

Setup on grass is FREE.

Setup on concrete, asphalt, pavement, or another approved hard surface requires an additional $80 hard-surface setup fee. This fee covers the additional equipment and concrete weights needed to secure the tents safely.

Before our crew arrives, the installation area must be:

• Level and clean

• Easily accessible

• Free of vehicles, furniture, branches, debris, and other obstacles

• Large enough to accommodate the complete tent setup and anchoring system

Reservation and Cancellation Policy

A 50% deposit is required to reserve your equipment and event date.

If you cancel at least 24 hours before your scheduled delivery, your deposit will be issued as a credit that is valid for one year. Cash refunds are not available.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled delivery will result in the loss of the deposit.

Once our delivery crew arrives at the event location, full payment is required.

Important Tent Policy

For safety reasons, customers and guests are not permitted to move, relocate, adjust, or reposition the tent after it has been professionally installed by Savage Jump Inflatables.

Moving or modifying the tent after installation may create a serious safety hazard and may result in a $300 fee.

The customer is responsible for damage caused by moving, tampering with, or improperly using the tent or anchoring system. Depending on the extent of the damage, repair or replacement charges may range from $1,000 to $3,000.

Safety Information

For the safety of everyone at your event:

• Keep the tent and all anchoring equipment exactly where installed by Savage Jump Inflatables.

• Do not remove, loosen, relocate, or modify concrete weights, stakes, ropes, straps, tent legs, or other anchoring equipment.

• Keep grills, fire pits, heaters, open flames, fireworks, and other heat sources safely away from the tent.

• Do not attach decorations, signs, lights, or other items in a way that could damage the tent fabric or frame.

• Do not allow guests to climb on, hang from, pull on, or interfere with the tent structure.

• A responsible adult must monitor the tent area throughout the event.

Rain and Severe Weather Policy

Weather conditions can change quickly, and safety always comes first.

Savage Jump Inflatables reserves the right to delay, cancel, discontinue, or remove a tent setup when weather conditions are considered unsafe. Unsafe conditions may include strong winds, severe thunderstorms, lightning, heavy rain, or other hazardous weather.

Customers and guests must follow all safety and evacuation instructions provided by Savage Jump Inflatables.
