Delivery & Setup

• Free setup and pickup on grass.
• Delivery fees may apply depending on your city.
• This tent cannot be installed on concrete, asphalt, or artificial turf.
• This tent must be installed on grass only, as it requires staking for proper anchoring and safe installation.
• Our professional team handles the complete setup and takedown.

Reservation Policy

• A 50% deposit is required to reserve this tent.

Tent Policy

• For your safety, tents must be installed by the Savage Jump Inflatables team only. Customer setup is not permitted.
• Customers are not permitted to move the tent after it has been professionally installed.
• A $300 penalty will be charged if the tent is moved by the customer or any unauthorized person.
• If the tent is damaged due to unauthorized setup, movement, misuse, or negligence, the customer is responsible for repair or replacement costs ranging from $1,000 to $3,000, depending on the extent of the damage.

Safety

• Keep grills, heaters, fire pits, fireworks, and all open flames away from the tent.
• Do not hang decorations, lighting, banners, or heavy objects from the tent unless approved by our staff.
• Follow all safety instructions provided during setup.

Rain Policy

• No cancellation fee with at least 24 hours' notice due to rain.
• Your deposit will be converted into a Rain Check Credit, valid for one year.
• No cash refunds.
• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will forfeit the deposit.
• Once our delivery crew arrives for setup, full payment is required.
