Reservation Policy

Safety Rules

• An attendant is required at all times during use.
• Adult supervision is required.
• No shoes, food, drinks, gum, or sharp objects inside the inflatable.

Rain Policy

• Cancel at least 24 hours before your event with no cancellation fee.
• Your deposit will be converted into a rain check credit valid for one year.
• No cash refunds are provided.
• If you cancel less than 24 hours before the event, we will forfeit the deposit.
• Once our delivery crew arrives at your location, we will need full payment, whether or not the inflatable is used.
