• Standard household outlets are required.
• Please have the required electrical outlets available before delivery.

Delivery & Setup

• Free setup and pickup on grass.
• Delivery fees may apply depending on your city.
• A $100 setup fee applies for installations on concrete, asphalt, or artificial turf. (A $25 setup fee applies to each inflatable included in this package.)
• Our professional team handles the complete setup and takedown.

Reservation Policy

A 50% deposit is required to reserve this package.

Safety

• An adult attendant is required to supervise each inflatable at all times while it is in use.
• Remove shoes, sharp objects, food, drinks, and pets before entering any inflatable.
• Follow all posted safety rules to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone.

Rain Policy

• No cancellation fee with at least 24 hours' notice due to rain.
• Your deposit will be converted into a Rain Check Credit, valid for one year.
• No cash refunds.
• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will forfeit the deposit.
• Once our delivery crew arrives for setup, full payment is required.
