Safety

• Remove shoes, sharp objects, food, drinks, and pets before entering the inflatable.

Rain Policy

• No cancellation fee with at least 24 hours' notice due to rain.
• Your deposit will be converted into a Rain Check Credit, valid for one year.
• No cash refunds.
• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will forfeit the deposit.
• Once our delivery crew arrives for setup, full payment is required.
