Power Requirements

The two included 10,000-watt generators provide power for all inflatables included in this package. No additional household outlets are required.

Delivery & Setup

• Free setup and pickup on grass.
• Delivery fees may apply depending on your city.
• A $125 setup fee applies for installations on concrete, asphalt, or artificial turf.
• Two 10,000-watt generators are included with this package at no additional charge.
• Our professional team handles the complete setup and takedown.

Reservation Policy

• A 50% deposit is required to reserve this package.

Safety Rules

• Play at your own risk.
• All of our inflatables are thoroughly cleaned and disinfected before every rental. If you choose to clean the equipment during your event, please use disinfecting wipes only.
• Adult supervision is required at all times while any inflatable is in use.
• No food, drinks, gum, or candy are allowed inside or around the inflatables.
• Before entering any inflatable, remove all shoes, glasses, jewelry, and any sharp objects.
• No pets are allowed inside the inflatables.
• No face paint, silly string, streamers, markers, crayons, clay, confetti, colored crepe paper, spray products, or similar materials are allowed inside or around the inflatables.
• No smoking is permitted inside or around the inflatables.
• Do not climb, hang, or sit on the walls, safety netting, or roof of any inflatable.
• Help keep the inflatables clean by avoiding mud, dirt, rocks, or other debris inside the units.
• If any inflatable begins to deflate while in use, all participants must exit immediately.
• Only Savage Jump Inflatables staff are authorized to move or reposition any equipment.
• Water is not permitted unless the inflatable is specifically rented as a water unit.
• No pushing, roughhousing, wrestling, flips, or horseplay inside any inflatable.
• Do not use the inflatables if you are pregnant or have a medical or physical condition that could be affected by this activity.
• Any contact with face paint or silly string may permanently damage the inflatable. If face paint or silly string comes into contact with any part of the equipment, a cleaning, repair, or replacement fee of $300–$500, or the full replacement cost of the inflatable, may apply.

Liability Agreement

By renting this equipment, the customer agrees to release, defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Savage Jump Inflatables, its owners, officers, employees, representatives, and equipment manufacturers from any claims, damages, losses, expenses, medical costs, attorney's fees, injuries, disabilities, paralysis, death, or any other liabilities arising from or related to the use of the rented equipment.

The customer accepts full responsibility for ensuring that all participants follow these safety rules throughout the rental period.

Rain Policy

• No cancellation fee with at least 24 hours' notice due to rain.
• Your deposit will be converted into a Rain Check Credit, valid for one year.
• No cash refunds.
• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will forfeit the deposit.
• Once our delivery crew arrives for setup, full payment is required.
