Safety Rules & Rental Policies

For the safety of all participants and to help keep our equipment in excellent condition, please follow these important rules at all times:

• An adult attendant is required at all times while the inflatable is in use.
• No food, drinks, gum, candy, or chewing tobacco are allowed inside or around the inflatable.
• Remove all shoes, eyeglasses, jewelry, watches, keys, and any sharp objects before entering the inflatable.
• No pets or animals are allowed inside the inflatable.
• Face paint, glitter, markers, crayons, clay, confetti, colored crepe paper, silly string, spray products, or any staining materials are strictly prohibited inside or around the inflatable.
• Smoking, vaping, or open flames are not permitted inside or near the inflatable.
• Do not climb, hang, or sit on the walls, netting, or roof of the inflatable.
• Help keep the inflatable clean by avoiding mud, dirt, rocks, sticks, or other debris inside the unit.
• If the inflatable begins to lose air or deflate, everyone must exit immediately and notify Savage Jump Inflatables.
• Do not move or relocate the inflatable. Only authorized Savage Jump Inflatables staff may reposition or move the equipment.
• Water may only be used on inflatables specifically rented as water units. Never use water on dry-only inflatables.
• No pushing, rough play, wrestling, flips, or horseplay inside the inflatable.
• Participants who are pregnant or have neck, back, heart, or other physical or medical conditions should not use the inflatable.
• Silly String and Face Paint Warning: Silly string and face paint contain chemicals that permanently stain and damage vinyl inflatables. If either comes into contact with any part of the inflatable, the renter will be responsible for a minimum cleaning and damage fee of $300 to $500, or the full replacement cost of the inflatable if the damage cannot be repaired.

Rain Policy

• Cancel at least 24 hours before your event with no cancellation fee.
• Your deposit will be converted into a rain check credit valid for one year.
• No cash refunds are provided.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the event will forfeit the deposit.
• Once our delivery crew arrives at your location, full payment is required, whether or not the inflatable is used.
