Reservation Policy

Delivery Information

- Delivery fee depends on the city.
- A $25 setup fee applies for installations on concrete, asphalt, or artificial turf.
Safety Rules
- An attendant is required at all times during use.
- Adult supervision is required.
- No shoes, food, drinks, gum, or sharp objects inside the inflatable.
Rain Policy
- Cancel at least 24 hours before your event with no cancellation fee.
- Your deposit will be converted into a rain check credit valid for one year.
- No cash refunds are provided.
- If you cancel less than 24 hours before the event, we will forfeit the deposit.
- Once our delivery crew arrives at your location, we will need full payment, whether or not the inflatable is used.
