Water Supply Requirements

• A 25-foot water hose is included with the rental and is already attached to the inflatable.
• The customer must provide an additional garden hose that reaches the setup area. We recommend a minimum of 100 feet.

Delivery & Setup Information

• Delivery fee varies by city.
• FREE setup and FREE pickup on grass.
• A $60 setup fee applies for installations on concrete, asphalt, or artificial turf, as special anchoring equipment is required.
• Customer is responsible for providing adequate space and clear access for setup.

Reservation Policy

• A 50% deposit is required to reserve this inflatable.

Rain Policy

At Savage Jump Inflatables, we understand that weather can be unpredictable.

• If you need to cancel due to rain or severe weather, there is no cancellation fee, provided we receive at least 24 hours' notice before your scheduled delivery.
• Your deposit will be issued as a Rain Check Credit, valid for one (1) year from the original event date.
• No cash refunds will be issued.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your scheduled event will forfeit the deposit.
• Once our delivery crew has arrived at your event location, full payment is required, regardless of whether the inflatable is used or set up, as labor, transportation, and operating costs have already been incurred.
