Reservation Policy
- A 50% deposit is required to reserve this inflatable.
Rain Policy
At Savage Jump Inflatables, we understand that weather can be unpredictable.
- If you need to cancel due to rain or severe weather, there is no cancellation fee, provided we receive at least 24 hours' notice before your scheduled delivery.
- Your deposit will be issued as a Rain Check Credit, valid for one (1) year from the original event date.
- No cash refunds will be issued.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your scheduled event will forfeit the deposit.
- Once our delivery crew has arrived at your event location, we will need full payment, regardless of whether the inflatable is used or set up, as labor, transportation, and operating costs have already been incurred.
