Delivery Information

• FREE setup and pickup on grass.

• Delivery fees vary by city.

• A $50 setup fee applies for installations on concrete, asphalt, or artificial turf.

• Please have the setup area ready before our arrival.

• We recommend scheduling delivery at least 2 hours before your event.

• Our driver will text you approximately 20 minutes before arrival.

Reservation Policy

• A 50% deposit is required to reserve your rental.

• The remaining balance is due before or upon delivery.

• Coupons must be applied during checkout and cannot be added after payment has been completed.

Safety Rules

• Adult supervision is required at all times.

• Maximum of 2 participants at a time (1 participant per slide lane).

• Remove shoes, glasses, jewelry, watches, keys, and all sharp objects before entering.

• No food, drinks, gum, candy, or tobacco products inside the inflatable.

• No pets allowed.

• No face paint, glitter, confetti, silly string, streamers, markers, crayons, clay, or other staining materials.

• No smoking, vaping, grills, or open flames near the inflatable.

• Always slide feet first.

• Do not dive, flip, jump, or slide headfirst.

• Wait until the previous rider has completely exited before the next participant slides.

• Do not climb, sit, or hang on the side walls or safety netting.

• No pushing, wrestling, or rough play.

• Keep the inflatable away from mud and sharp objects.

• Do not move or unplug the inflatable or blower.

• Exit immediately if the inflatable begins to deflate.

• Individuals who are pregnant or have physical limitations should not participate.

Rain Policy

• Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the event will receive a rain check credit.

• Rain check credits never expire.

• No cash refunds.

• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the event will forfeit the deposit.

• Once our delivery crew arrives at the event location, full payment is required.
