Power: All small units and concessions equipment require a standard outlet within 100 feet. If you do not have access to an outlet you will need a generator. Please contact us for more information about our pricing of generators.



Delivery: We will set up and take down the units at the time you request. 7:00 pm is our latest scheduled pick-up time. If you need to keep your rental later than 8:00 pm, overnight, or additional day there will be an additional charge so please contact us for more information.



Weather: Our units can not be out in inclement weather. If there is precipitation, an electrical storm, or high winds it is not safe to use the bouncers and we will not set up. If you need to cancel due to the weather, you must call us at 612-605-8517 AT LEAST 2 hours before your scheduled set-up time.



Cancellations: We do not offer refunds. If you cancel with proper notice you will be issued full credit for the amount you paid. Credit is good for one year(365 days) from the date of cancellation. We will happily reschedule for you if there is inclement weather. If you have another reason to reschedule or cancel please give us at least 1-week notice, or you will be responsible for the full cost of your rental.



Fines: If you leave our inflatable a mess, you will be charged a $50/hour cleaning fee. Silly Strings are not permitted near or inside the inflatable, they can cause permanent staining. If the unit is damaged you will be responsible for the cost of repairing or replacing it.



Payments: A 50% down payment is due when you make your reservation. We accept debit or credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. The remaining balance is due on the day of your event at the time of set-up. If you are reserving for a school, church or business organization we can make alternative payment arrangements to meet your needs.



Insurance Certificate: Most parks require an additional insured certificate. This certificate provides additional insurance to cover the location or park where your event takes place. Please check with the park to see if the additional insured certificate is required. The cost to be an additional insured is $75.00. NOTE: You have to let us know up to a week before your event for the certificate.



Waiver: All customers must sign a release and waiver of liability rental agreement at the time of set-up.
